I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was better for privacy but too hot with the heating off, and the location was convenient but backed onto a small dirty street. The service was approachable and nice, but there was a need to leave due to an emergency. The dining had some authentic dishes, but the advertisement of Rice Krispies did not fully deliver. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
The apartment was ideally located in the heart of Bristol near great restaurants and bars. While the room was a bit dark and faced another building with car fume odors, the convenience of having a supermarket next door and easy access to nightlife and the harbor area made up for it. The staff, especially Reese and Martha at the reception, were fantastic, friendly, and helpful.
The hotel offers spacious and spotless rooms with lovely terraces and views, although the room setup felt a bit segmented. The service was mixed, with some staff being unfriendly but others being very helpful and welcoming. The location was great for exploring the city center, although noise levels could be a drawback at times. The dining experience fell short of expectations in terms of the advertised breakfast pack availability. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, providing a decent stay despite some drawbacks.
